It's the same front cover as the first two Salesian Rock 'n Roll Show LP's (colored circles); however, it's titled High Schools Second Annual Music Festival. The back of the jacket is the standard blank Century image of the pressing plant, and the LP is Vol. 2 of the Salesian shows.
